Refund Policy

[CANCEL ORDER]

1) Cancellations Within 24 Hours

If you submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. No additional fees will be charged.

2) Cancellations After 24 Hours

If your cancellation request is made after 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped. We can try to intercept and recall the package with the carrier, or you may choose to refuse delivery and notify us.

Please note that carriers may charge us for interception services. To help cover this carrier charge, an interception service fee of CAD$40 may apply only if an interception is requested and initiated. We will confirm with you before proceeding.

If the package cannot be intercepted or is already in final-mile delivery, we will provide return instructions once it is delivered.


[RETURNING YOUR YESOUL PRODUCT]

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any new Yesoul product, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. We do not charge any additional return processing or restocking fees. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for non-defective returns, and we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Exceptions apply in cases where the product is defective, damaged due to quality issues, or incorrect due to our error. After verification, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a return label.

Refunds are not supported for items received beyond 14 days, except for quality-related issues.

Due to the size and weight of our fitness products, we do not refund any additional shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your Yesoul product (if any).


[DELIVERY OF YESOUL PRODUCT OR ACCESSORY]

To protect your rights and ensure the product is in good condition, we recommend recording the unboxing process. Returned items must be placed in their original boxes and include the manual and charger. All returned items must be kept in new/unused condition. If returned items are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of use, Yesoul reserves the right to refuse a refund at Yesoul’s sole discretion.


[RETURNING YOUR YESOUL ACCESSORIES]

The following merchandise may not be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, used, or purchased as marked down/sale items:

  • Shoes
  • Water Bottles
  • Seat Cover
  • Yoga Mat
  • Heart Rate Monitors

All other accessory returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and must be shipped with the original packaging. Yesoul is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only.
