Early-access feedback across the T5 Series
★★★★★

I’m training for what I still want to be doing years from now.

I’m not training for a race. I want to keep hiking, travelling and feeling capable as I get older. What I like about the T5 is that it gives me more than one kind of workout without making the plan complicated. I walk at an incline most days, and a couple of times a week I rotate the screen for strength or mobility. It feels less like chasing a quick result and more like a routine I can actually keep.

★★★★★

I’m not chasing heart-rate alerts anymore.

I keep Zone 2 in my week because it builds my aerobic base without taking too much out of me before harder sessions. Before T5, my watch would buzz whenever I drifted out of range, so I’d adjust the speed, wait for my heart rate to respond, then often change it again. That back-and-forth became especially noticeable later in longer sessions. With ZoneSync, most of those small speed corrections happen in the background. I still check the numbers, but I’m no longer reacting to every alert. The session feels steadier, and my easy days stay easy.

It fits the kind of week I actually have.

My workdays are intense, so I use Zone 2 to clear my head and keep my energy up without feeling drained. On busier days, I get cardio, strength or mobility from the same machine, then fold it away when I’m done. It’s one of the few routines that still works when my schedule gets full.

Smart where it counts

The included chest strap and ZoneSync are the smart parts I actually care about. I do not need another fitness class subscription to feel like I am using the machine correctly. No forced subscription makes the Max feel more honest. It gives me heart-rate-based training tools, a good screen, and the freedom to bring my own content.

D
Drew L.
My content, my pace

I can watch my own stuff and still get a structured workout. That no forced subscription piece is very underrated.

J
JulesAfterWork
Not just another walk

After work, I do not want a complicated workout plan. The 30% auto incline gives me enough challenge at a walking pace, and ZoneSync keeps me from messing with the buttons every few minutes. Having native apps on the screen is what keeps me there longer than planned. I start with one YouTube video, the incline does its thing, and somehow thirty minutes becomes forty-five.

M
Maisie K.
Useful without the upsell

I was tired of equipment that feels like the hardware is just the cover charge. The Max works without that feeling. No forced subscription, ZoneSync for guided effort, and folding storage that keeps it from eating the whole room. It is still a serious treadmill, and moving it into place was a workout, but at least it feels useful immediately.

A
Arlo D.
No more phone balancing after work

Low-key, the touchscreen is what keeps the routine from feeling fiddly. Small convenience, big difference. It is the rare piece of cardio gear that does not feel like punishment. YouTube, training videos, and longer content feel normal on it. I thought I would still grab my phone constantly, but I do it way less now. It is not perfect, but it removes a lot of excuses.

L
Logan P.
No extra bill, still guided

A lot of fitness gear feels cheap until the subscription starts, then somehow expensive forever. This felt different. Low-impact incline walking gives me real work without forcing runs, ZoneSync keeps the effort from becoming random, and there is no monthly plan just to make the treadmill feel useful. That combination made the Max easier to justify.

C
Caleb W.
Incline that does the thinking

The 30% auto incline is the part that made me stop treating treadmill walks like filler. It gets hard fast, but ZoneSync keeps the session from turning into random punishment. I can feel the machine backing things off when my heart rate climbs, and the cushioned deck makes those longer uphill walks way less brutal on my knees. Low-key, this is the first treadmill that made walking feel structured.

J
Jonah T.
Connected without the catch

The Max feels connected without having that weird catch where everything useful sits behind a paywall. Native streaming makes it easy to start, ZoneSync makes the session feel guided, and no forced subscription keeps the whole thing from turning into another monthly decision. That is honestly a cleaner setup than I expected from a smart treadmill.

F
Finn H.
Folds better than expected

Folds better than expected.

K
Keira J.
Quiet house cardio

The screen is big enough that I do not squint, and Bluetooth headphones make the whole thing work in a shared house. I can watch something, keep the volume to myself, and let ZoneSync take care of the pace and incline changes. It sounds basic, but it turns a treadmill session into something I can do at night without feeling like I am bothering everyone.

M
Maya S.
Solid so far

Solid machine.

M
Miles K.
No more phone drama

No more balancing my phone on the console like a tiny disaster waiting to happen. The screen setup is just cleaner.

P
Parker L.
Good for quiet nights

The no-subscription setup matters because I mostly use the Max at night with Bluetooth headphones and my own shows. ZoneSync keeps the cardio side organized, so I am not just wandering through a random walk. It feels like I can make the treadmill fit my routine instead of signing my routine over to someone else’s platform.

T
Theo L.
Big climb, manageable footprint

The box was a monster, so yes, plan your setup day. Once it was assembled, though, the Max made more sense. The 30% auto incline gives me a workout that feels worth changing clothes for, and ZoneSync keeps it from turning into random button pressing. I also appreciate that it folds up vertically. It is not invisible, obviously, but it does not take over the room.

R
Riley F.
Less button mashing

The touch controls are what make the screen feel modern, not just big. I still like that ZoneSync handles most of the workout adjustment, but when I do want to change something, tapping the screen is much less clunky than old treadmill buttons. It is one of those features that sounds obvious after you use it.

I
Ivy L.
No monthly nonsense

No monthly nonsense.

B
Benji H.
Heart rate feels steadier

The chest strap gives ZoneSync better data than my wrist on sweaty sessions. Fewer random adjustments, more actual training.

M
Maddox G.
No console chaos

Native apps on the 21.5-inch screen are a bigger deal than I expected. No phone mount, no cable, no guessing whether something will stay connected. I just pick what I want to watch and let ZoneSync manage the training side. The Max feels less like a treadmill with a screen slapped on it and more like a full home cardio station.

R
Riley S.
The chest strap helps after work

In the garage, the included chest strap made the heart-rate side feel more serious right away. It gives me fewer reasons to skip, which is honestly the win. No drama, just a useful piece of cardio gear. The whole setup feels more polished than I expected for home cardio. It is the rare piece of cardio gear that does not feel like punishment. It is not perfect, but it removes a lot of excuses. Small convenience, big difference. Actually using it every week is the compliment.

N
Noah F.
Touchscreen makes sense

The touchscreen feels natural after one session. No phone stand, no cable hunt, no weird balancing act before every walk.

L
Lena B.
Room for real strides

Incline walking on narrow treadmills always made me feel like I had to baby-step my way uphill. The 20 by 60 deck on the Max feels roomy enough that the 30% auto incline is actually usable. ZoneSync adds another layer because I am not guessing whether to slow down or keep climbing. It feels sturdy, it feels guided, and it does not have that cheap wobbly vibe.

N
Nora W.
Not tiny, but solid

It folds, which helps, but this is still a real treadmill. The upside is that it feels planted, not flimsy.

O
Owen B.
No monthly guilt

I like that I can use my own apps and not feel guilty about skipping some expensive built-in membership.

S
Sadie P.
Enough room to move

The deck feels roomy enough for normal strides. I never liked narrow treadmill walks, so this matters a lot.

E
Ella C.
Serious walking workout

The incline gets spicy fast, but it still feels easier on my knees than trying to run after work.

D
Dakota V.
Smart but still practical

With the 21.5-inch swivel screen, the Max feels like a proper smart treadmill, but I appreciate that it still folds. ZoneSync gives the workout structure without making me think too much, and once I am done, I can move the deck up and reclaim some room. It is not tiny, but it is practical enough for our spare room.

L
Liam S.
Shared without fuss

My partner uses it for shows, I use it for incline walks. The swivel screen makes sharing it less annoying.

C
Camden R.
My apps, my workout

I like having a treadmill that does not act like my own apps are second-class. I can watch what I want, use the built-in audio, and let ZoneSync handle the workout flow. No forced subscription means the machine does not feel like it is holding features hostage. It is a small psychological thing, but it makes me want to use it more.

T
Tessa M.
YouTube walks finally clicked

I kept trying to do treadmill walks with my phone, and it always felt half-baked. The Max makes it cleaner. The 21.5-inch screen is large enough for YouTube, ZoneSync keeps the intensity from getting random, and I am not touching my phone with sweaty hands. That combo sounds small until you realize it makes the workout start faster.

Before You Decide.

What's the difference between T5 Plus, T5 Max, and T5 Ultra?

All three T5 models share the same Longevity System foundation — ZoneFinder™, ZoneSync™, a 30% incline range, and Zero-Gravity Cushioning are standard across the series. T5 Max builds on T5 Plus by adding a touchscreen, built-in streaming, and a camera with a physical privacy shutter. T5 Ultra builds on T5 Max by adding incline down to -3% and an adjustable cooling fan.

What is the Longevity System, and how does T5 support it?

T5 is built around four pillars of long-term training — Zone 2, VO2 Max, Stability, and Strength — rather than a single number. ZoneFinder™ sets your personal Zone 2 baseline instead of a generic age-based formula, and ZoneSync™ adjusts speed in real time to help you hold it. The rotating screen extends the same system into guided Stability and Strength sessions off the belt, so one machine supports all four pillars — not just pace.

How much space do I need for a T5?

T5 is built to fit into a real room. Expanded, it measures 67.32 × 33.58 × 74.53 in (171 × 85.3 × 189.3 cm). Net weight is 221 lb (100.5 kg).

Does the T5 Series fold?

Yes — all T5 models use a vertical folding design. Folded, footprint comes down to 40.75 × 33.58 × 74.53 in (103.5 × 85.3 × 189.3 cm) for storage.

What is the step-up height of the T5 Series?

The running deck sits 11.02 in (28 cm) off the floor.

What's the weight capacity and belt size?

The running deck measures 20 × 60 in (510 × 1524 mm) — an extra-wide belt — with a supported user weight capacity of 350 lb.

How powerful is the motor — can it handle daily use?

T5 is rated for 2.0 HP continuous power, which is what supports long aerobic sessions without the motor straining, plus 4.5 HP peak power for when your training calls for faster work.

What is the level of cushioning on the deck of the T5 Series?

T5 uses Zero-Gravity Cushioning — 4 layers and 8 cushioning points across a layered deck and distributed support system, designed to soften each landing so incline training stays comfortable across frequent sessions.

Does the T5 Series come assembled?

Free standard delivery is included with every T5. It ships for self-assembly by default; professional white-glove assembly is optional, available for $299.99 if you'd rather not set it up yourself.

Does the T5 Series have wheels to move once assembled?

Yes! The T5 Series has transport wheels. Once assembled, it can be moved, but multiple people are required to move it safely.

Can other people in my household use my T5?

Yes. Every T5 model supports 5 independent user profiles, so each person can keep their own Zone 2 baseline, training history, and settings separate.

Can I connect my own heart rate monitor or smartwatch?

Yes. T5 connects with Apple Watch, Garmin, and Whoop for live heart rate data during your session. T5 also syncs your training data with Apple Health, Whoop, and Strava, so your sessions flow into the apps you already use to track your training.

Can you stream other apps to the screen of the T5?

Yes, on T5 Max and T5 Ultra — built-in streaming plus wireless AirPlay give you access to apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Spotify, and more, right on the touchscreen. T5 Plus supports wired mirroring, so you can bring content already open on your phone or tablet.

Can you use the screen without a subscription to stream or browse?

Yes. Some treadmill systems require an active content membership before casting or on-screen apps even unlock. T5 doesn't work that way — screen access, mirroring, and built-in streaming on Max and Ultra all work without an added YESOUL membership.

Can you use the T5 Series treadmills without a subscription at all?

Yes. Every core T5 feature — speed, incline, workout modes, ZoneFinder™, and ZoneSync™ — works without a YESOUL membership. Third-party streaming services like Netflix or Spotify still need their own separate account, the same way they would on any TV or device, but nothing about training on the T5 itself is locked behind a subscription.

Does the T5 Series come with a warranty?

YESOUL warrants the T5 Series against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

Frame: 5 years
Motor: 3 years
Electronics, walking belt, running deck, and display: 1 year

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. All repairs and replacements require Yesoul's diagnosis and approval — depending on the issue, this may mean a self-installed replacement part with remote guidance, or a visit from an authorized technician. For a confirmed product quality defect within the warranty period, Yesoul covers the full cost of parts and shipping; fees apply only to damage not covered by this warranty.

See the full T5 Series Warranty, Shipping & Return Policy for details.

Is delivery included?

Free standard delivery is included with every T5. Professional white-glove assembly is optional, available for $299.99.
