Early-access feedback across the T5 Series
★★★★★

I’m training for what I still want to be doing years from now.

I’m not training for a race. I want to keep hiking, travelling and feeling capable as I get older. What I like about the T5 is that it gives me more than one kind of workout without making the plan complicated. I walk at an incline most days, and a couple of times a week I rotate the screen for strength or mobility. It feels less like chasing a quick result and more like a routine I can actually keep.

I’m not chasing heart-rate alerts anymore.

I keep Zone 2 in my week because it builds my aerobic base without taking too much out of me before harder sessions. Before T5, my watch would buzz whenever I drifted out of range, so I’d adjust the speed, wait for my heart rate to respond, then often change it again. That back-and-forth became especially noticeable later in longer sessions. With ZoneSync, most of those small speed corrections happen in the background. I still check the numbers, but I’m no longer reacting to every alert. The session feels steadier, and my easy days stay easy.

It fits the kind of week I actually have.

My workdays are intense, so I use Zone 2 to clear my head and keep my energy up without feeling drained. On busier days, I get cardio, strength or mobility from the same machine, then fold it away when I’m done. It’s one of the few routines that still works when my schedule gets full.

Not cheap, still sensible

This isn’t a bargain-bin treadmill, but the no forced subscription angle helps the value. ZoneSync makes it feel smarter than a basic machine, and the frame feels solid enough that I’m not worried during incline walks. The box was heavy though, so recruit help.

P
Paige L.
Feels easier to repeat

I’ve had cardio equipment turn into furniture before, so I’m picky now. The screen keeps the walk tolerable, ZoneSync removes some mental work, and the cushioned deck makes frequent use feel realistic. It’s not perfect, but I’m using it more than my last treadmill already.

L
Lily M.
Nice for shared use

My partner uses it differently than I do, but the screen and ZoneSync make it easy for both of us. I walk more, he jogs more, and the 20 x 60(in )surface doesn’t feel cramped either way. We do have to swap phones for mirroring, which is mildly annoying but not a dealbreaker.

L
Lena B.
A practical cardio upgrade

I’m not trying to become a runner, which is why this machine makes sense for me. The 30% Auto Incline creates enough work through walking, and ZoneSync changes speed and incline before I start messing with buttons. The brushless motor feels smooth when it adjusts, not jerky. Setup took longer than I expected because the box is heavy. Once it was in place, though, it felt sturdy and pretty easy to use.

J
Jules H.
Surprisingly usable screen

Big enough for podcasts.

J
Jenna K.
No app jail

I can put my own stuff on the screen and let ZoneSync deal with the treadmill part. That’s the kind of simple freedom I wanted.

D
Danielle V.
More freedom than expected

I’m tired of machines that feel incomplete unless you subscribe. This one lets me use my own content, and ZoneSync still gives me the guided adjustment I wanted. The incline walking is low impact enough that I can use it more often than running. It is definitely not a small machine, and the wired mirroring takes a little setup patience. Still, the combination of no forced subscription, smart control, and a comfortable deck works for my house.

Z
Zoe W.
I picked practical

I was comparing price to actual use. The Plus version feels like the sensible pick in the lineup.

Z
Zoe T.
Simple screen, fair tradeoff for everyday miles

YouTube looks good for me.

Z
Zoe P.
Goodbye boring flat walks

I am picky about noise, and I never loved running just to make cardio feel useful, so the 30% incline takes a normal walk from cute to serious real fast. The first steep walk humbled me a bit. I use it more for incline walking than running. It is easy to underestimate until the deck starts climbing. It feels closer to a hill session than a regular treadmill walk.

Z
Zach X.
Less button guessing without the hype

Low-key, useful training assist.

Z
Zach V.
Motor feels steady

The motor does not sound like it is fighting the incline, and speed changes feel controlled rather than jumpy. Noise was my biggest worry at home, but this setup handles it reasonably. You still hear the belt and your feet, obviously. It is quiet enough for TV volume at a normal level. It gives me fewer chances to talk myself out of cardio.

Z
Zach A.
This thing climbs hard

I never loved running just to make cardio feel useful. The 30% incline gives me hiking energy without leaving the house. I still have to show up and do the work, but the machine removes a few excuses.

W
WiredWalkWill
Old-school cable, modern control

The mirroring setup is a little old-school because, yes, there is a cable. But I’d rather deal with that than feel stuck paying a treadmill membership forever. ZoneSync keeps the workout modern, and the content choice stays mine.

W
WinterMilesMike
Goodbye boring flat walks without the hype

Honestly, legit hiking vibes.

W
WinterMilesHQ61
Heavy box, solid machine once set up

Real talk, moving fitness gear upstairs is never fun, so delivery and setup felt like setting up a real home-gym machine. The less I have to set up, the more often I actually start.

W
Wesley Y.
I use the screen daily

My favorite boring feature is that the 21.5-inch screen makes podcasts and YouTube feel like part of the setup. A long video makes forty minutes feel less dramatic. Nothing feels overhyped when I actually use it during the week. It fits my real life better than a class schedule ever did. It is not just there for looks; I actually use it.

W
Wendy R.
Doesn’t nickel-and-dime me

I appreciate that the treadmill doesn’t feel like it’s trying to upsell me every workout. ZoneSync and the softer deck are what make the daily use feel worthwhile.

W

Weekend setup, daily use for longer walks

Storage is workable for my family

Yep, still needs space.

W
WatchMyStrideJess
My apps, my choice in the spare room

As a garage-gym person, the no forced subscription setup is what pushed me over the line. I already have enough apps charging me every month. I can keep it simple: walk, watch, done. That matters more to me than having a flashy spec sheet. Using my own content feels normal, which is exactly the point.

W
WatchMyStride7358
Full size and worth it

The frame and running surface are why my partner and I can both use it, and the belt feels roomy enough for actual running.

W
WalkingEraJen
Mirroring does the job for rainy days

Worth mentioning: wired mirroring lets me put my own videos on the big screen. I would rather deal with one cable than another monthly fee. The first connection took a minute. That is the feature I would miss if I went back to my old setup. It works best as an everyday tool, not a once-a-month gadget.

W
WalkingEraDan
Roomy belt, sturdy frame with decent polish

Tiny home-gym win: tiny treadmills make my stride weird, so the frame and running surface give me room to walk fast without baby steps. The deck size matters more than I thought. The belt feels roomy enough for actual running. It is closer to a real treadmill than a walking pad. There is no cheap wobble when the incline goes up. It has weight to it, which is annoying to move but good while using it. It is not tiny, but it earns the corner it takes up. The less I have to set up, the more often I actually start. It fits my real life better than a class schedule ever did. It gives me enough comfort to stay on longer. That matters when motivation is not exactly high.

W
WalkingEraDaily
One cable, big screen for this price

Wired mirroring works fine once you accept that there is a cable, and the picture is good enough for workout content. It feels built for the messy reality of home workouts.

W
Wade Q.
The deck feels forgiving for my routine

My partner is not into gadgets, but the cushioned deck makes longer walks feel less punishing. That is the feature I would miss if I went back to my old setup.

W
Wade P.
Not silent, still good

Honestly, the motor runs smoother than my old treadmill. My downstairs room does not sound like a gym now. The motor noise never became the thing I focused on. You still hear the belt and your feet, obviously. That little bit of convenience adds up fast. Speed changes feel controlled rather than jumpy. The feature is not flashy, but I notice it when it is missing.

W
Wade O.
Shows make it easier with a real workout

During lunch breaks, I know myself and I need something to watch, so the 21.5-inch screen is one of those features you understand once you use it. It is not just there for looks; I actually use it. The screen rotates well enough for a cooldown stretch. The whole setup feels more useful than I expected from a home treadmill.

W
Wade F.
A nicer landing feel

As an incline walker, the cushioned deck takes some sting out of daily cardio. My ankles are less annoyed after back-to-back days. The deck has give, but I still feel stable. That little bit of convenience adds up fast. I can hear less thudding than on my old treadmill. I like that it feels useful on lazy days, not just motivated days.

Before You Decide.

What's the difference between T5 Plus, T5 Max, and T5 Ultra?

All three T5 models share the same Longevity System foundation — ZoneFinder™, ZoneSync™, a 30% incline range, and Zero-Gravity Cushioning are standard across the series. T5 Max builds on T5 Plus by adding a touchscreen, built-in streaming, and a camera with a physical privacy shutter. T5 Ultra builds on T5 Max by adding incline down to -3% and an adjustable cooling fan.

What is the Longevity System, and how does T5 support it?

T5 is built around four pillars of long-term training — Zone 2, VO2 Max, Stability, and Strength — rather than a single number. ZoneFinder™ sets your personal Zone 2 baseline instead of a generic age-based formula, and ZoneSync™ adjusts speed in real time to help you hold it. The rotating screen extends the same system into guided Stability and Strength sessions off the belt, so one machine supports all four pillars — not just pace.

How much space do I need for a T5?

T5 is built to fit into a real room. Expanded, it measures 67.32 × 33.58 × 74.53 in (171 × 85.3 × 189.3 cm). Net weight is 221 lb (100.5 kg).

Does the T5 Series fold?

Yes — all T5 models use a vertical folding design. Folded, footprint comes down to 40.75 × 33.58 × 74.53 in (103.5 × 85.3 × 189.3 cm) for storage.

What is the step-up height of the T5 Series?

The running deck sits 11.02 in (28 cm) off the floor.

What's the weight capacity and belt size?

The running deck measures 20 × 60 in (510 × 1524 mm) — an extra-wide belt — with a supported user weight capacity of 350 lb.

How powerful is the motor — can it handle daily use?

T5 is rated for 2.0 HP continuous power, which is what supports long aerobic sessions without the motor straining, plus 4.5 HP peak power for when your training calls for faster work.

What is the level of cushioning on the deck of the T5 Series?

T5 uses Zero-Gravity Cushioning — 4 layers and 8 cushioning points across a layered deck and distributed support system, designed to soften each landing so incline training stays comfortable across frequent sessions.

Does the T5 Series come assembled?

Free standard delivery is included with every T5. It ships for self-assembly by default; professional white-glove assembly is optional, available for $299.99 if you'd rather not set it up yourself.

Does the T5 Series have wheels to move once assembled?

Yes! The T5 Series has transport wheels. Once assembled, it can be moved, but multiple people are required to move it safely.

Can other people in my household use my T5?

Yes. Every T5 model supports 5 independent user profiles, so each person can keep their own Zone 2 baseline, training history, and settings separate.

Can I connect my own heart rate monitor or smartwatch?

Yes. T5 connects with Apple Watch, Garmin, and Whoop for live heart rate data during your session. T5 also syncs your training data with Apple Health, Whoop, and Strava, so your sessions flow into the apps you already use to track your training.

Can you stream other apps to the screen of the T5?

Yes, on T5 Max and T5 Ultra — built-in streaming plus wireless AirPlay give you access to apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Spotify, and more, right on the touchscreen. T5 Plus supports wired mirroring, so you can bring content already open on your phone or tablet.

Can you use the screen without a subscription to stream or browse?

Yes. Some treadmill systems require an active content membership before casting or on-screen apps even unlock. T5 doesn't work that way — screen access, mirroring, and built-in streaming on Max and Ultra all work without an added YESOUL membership.

Can you use the T5 Series treadmills without a subscription at all?

Yes. Every core T5 feature — speed, incline, workout modes, ZoneFinder™, and ZoneSync™ — works without a YESOUL membership. Third-party streaming services like Netflix or Spotify still need their own separate account, the same way they would on any TV or device, but nothing about training on the T5 itself is locked behind a subscription.

Does the T5 Series come with a warranty?

YESOUL warrants the T5 Series against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

Frame: 5 years
Motor: 3 years
Electronics, walking belt, running deck, and display: 1 year

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. All repairs and replacements require Yesoul's diagnosis and approval — depending on the issue, this may mean a self-installed replacement part with remote guidance, or a visit from an authorized technician. For a confirmed product quality defect within the warranty period, Yesoul covers the full cost of parts and shipping; fees apply only to damage not covered by this warranty.

See the full T5 Series Warranty, Shipping & Return Policy for details.

Is delivery included?

Free standard delivery is included with every T5. Professional white-glove assembly is optional, available for $299.99.
